Drive thru is slow, small soda warm with no ice, didn't ask for no ice.

Went through the drive through was not following the menu. We went we opted for a biggie bag with a 10 piece spicy nuggets and she said they only do four. We tried to offer paying the difference (which if that’s this Wendy’s franchisers rules, don’t cut corners. This is the only one we’ve been to that tried to do that), after not being able to pay the difference we were then refused the ability to switch to a four piece so we left. I’m not one to post negative reviews but she was quite rude.

Never seen a team so disorganized. Jumping orders, joking around, and plain lost. It’s like this is their first day working, EVER... Pathetic. Fast food? Not really.nnThey somehow even lost an order for someone order, right in front of our faces! They gave his order to someone in the drive through.nnSimply the worst “fast” food I have ever seen.

Love love love the nights that the Asian lady work there. Everything goes extra smooth and alot faster. Good job for be thankful for having her in the team.

Come here all the time, walk inside and always get good service. Food always hot. Always beats the local fast food restaurants near it for real
