A nice little gym in a quiet little town. Only it gave it 4 because they don't offer MMA/BJJ &/OR wrestling. But still a decent, clean gym

Equipment is great! Love the classes. Michelle is a wonderful coach and tries to explain how to do things at your own pace. While other trainers are not as supportive and push you past your comfort level. One of the reasons I left. And when I did leave they made me feel like a failure. But that is okay. If you want a gym that pushes you this is one for you. But if you want one that is low key that you can work out and get positive vibes going your pace you need to try somewhere else.
