Rude they take to long with appointments an another person came in and they gotbus fast after he came in and they require face masks but April doesn't even wear it she take it off all the time and the main manager same thing at least his half on and he's rude my mom knows him from high school he denies it

Horrible customer service, only reason they got one star is because it's the least amount of stars you can give them. If I could I'd rate them negative ten. These so called customer service representatives are so rude and love to belittle people. People are the reason their bills are being paid and the reason they even have jobs, but I guess because they work for Wells Fargo Bank they cease to forget that. I have closed my account permanently and will never recommend them to anyone else, and will also continue to refer people to other bankers around Las Cruces,NM.

Stop using banks and start using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. Bankers are scum
