I had a really wonderful and stress free experience with Catherine Oatway and her firm as they helped guide me through the process of creating my estate plan. Catherine had a calming manner and was attentive every step of the way to my questions and thought process. This was extremely important to me as I do not have a legal background and I wanted everything to be just right. As I thought about providing for others I needed to feel secure in the guidance I was being given and I did. I feel that I was given solid counsel as she meticulously helped me designed my estate plan. It was truly a joint process. She listened conscientiously and helped me throughout. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Even though there were many legal terms and procedures I was not familiar with, Catherine took the time to make sure I understood everything. I know her firm will be behind me in the future and I plan to have them review my plan on occasion as my lifestyle changes.

Attorney Catherine Oatway and her firm handled my estate planning and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the beginning, Catherine was responsive, down to earth and explained my documents in an easy way to understand and provided helpful and informative guidance. From drafting to review and execution, it was a seamless process. Their office is small and welcoming with a wonderful staff that you can get to know and removes any stress you may have about handling your estate plan.

Catherine Oatway helped me tremendously with my mother’s estate after her passing. She was a great source of guidance for me, as I had no knowledge as of Executor to my mom’s estate as to what I needed to do. She made herself available and gave sound advice to me whenever I had a question or concern and referred me to individuals who were just as knowledgeable as her when I needed to sell my mom’s property. Morisi and Oatway and their administrative staff are professional and courteous and I would recommend them highly.

Our experience with Catherine and her team exceeded all of our expectations. When seeking legal services it can be an overwhelming experience navigating needs and making the right decisions as information is laid out in front of you. Personally, I was very anxious about the process. The Morisi & Oatway team was able to effectively communicate all of the information in a way we completely understood. As a result, we made the right decisions on behalf of ourselves and our family. We look forward to many more years with Morisi & Oatway as legal needs unfold. Highly recommended for sure!

I recently contacted Catherine Oatway from the firm of Morisi & Oatway. I was trying to set up my Estate planning and I had many questions and was unsure on how to go about it. She was very understanding of the urgency so she set up an appointment so I can speak to her in private to go over all of my options. She is a wonderful person and spoke to me in a practical manner. She answered every concern I had and advised me of all of my options going forward. I was very naive and intimidated at first but she explained the process and put my mind at ease. I decided to have Catherine take on my Estate planning and it was a great experience. She is always there if questions that come up or if I need some help with any changes, which is very helpful. The costs were a non-factor and extremely fair. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is trying to set up any type of Estate Planning to call her at Morisi & Oatway.
