It was wonderful. This was my very first yoga class and Amy and Emily were not just professionals but kind and patient with me. The reiki made me feel like a new person. The yoga combined with the reiki makes the class worth every penny!

Great personal training experince. I find Jenna to be remarkably knowledgeable about physical health, diet, exercise and spiritual insights.
