Professional, Punctual, Quality Service!!!!!!!!!!!nKeyway Lock & Security team was very responsive and professional. The entire team was awesome, from the gentleman at the 79th street store to the administrative assistant that took down the information; to coordinate the whole process. The owner himself came out. He was very nice and polite. He replaced my car keys in less than15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Keyway Lock and Security anytime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Peter was just what I needed when I returned home from a trip without my keys. He was extremely prompt, and helped salvage both locks because he knew that mattered to me. Very kind, and speedy with solving the locks-best locksmith experience!
After purchasing our new home, we could not find anyone who would come out immediately to rekey our locks for us. Keyway Lock & Security not only answered the call, they were VERY responsive and attentive to our personal accommodations! The owner himself came out and was able to rekey 10 locks for us in less than an hours time! We will definitely be recommending them moving forward! In fact, we already have! ;)
Called for an ETAnSpoke with a so called manager Jason....very rude and unprofessional..jason rushed me off the phone told.me he didn't know what time the person would arrive and he didnt know who was coming....nHe even Hung the phone up.nI tried to text the number to see what the ETA was ..no responsenBad Bad VIBES....rude as heck to be a manger
I called them to come out and fix a door that was kicked in on 12/28 /20 The man came same day he charged me $350 , to only use the same torn up material that was lying in the floor . Then only replaced the top lock not the bottom . I thought ok well at least he was able to come same day . So after he’s gone I leave and come back home only to find out I can not use my door to get inside my home from the outside . I called and called no answer from the company number and the cell phone he had me send pictures to . Finally on 01/09/21 I got an answer and at this point my husband was speaking with him and he hung up the phone while my husband was explaining the situation, we called back no answer , finally the manager called me and said he didn’t want to deal with anyone hostile but he would come Monday 01/11/21 between 3-4 , never showed . Never answers the phone , the next morning they finally answered she said he would come today 01/12/21 between 3-4 and if he didn’t show to call the office back at 4 . Here it is 4:15 pm on 01/12/21 and no show and no one has been answering the phone since 3:30pm . I’m so upset all I want is my money back I would never recommend them to anyone.They only got 1 star because 0 wasn’t and option .
