Staff were pleasant, line moved pretty quickly, masks were worn and lottery available. The store footprint is small but they have quite a few grab and go options.

They need to hire more polite people here. They are so ratchet..

DO NOT BUY, I repeat DO NOT BUY Tracfone minutes at this location!!!!!! They do not know what they are doing. You present them a card with Tracfone's name on it and tell them how many minutes you want. You take a receipt that they give you and you find that there's no 15 digit Pin No. to put into your phone?? You go back to the store and they can't figure out how to refund you??!! I have called Tracfone and they didn't know what this store was doing. Now I'm in the process of disputing this with my credit card co. Only buy Tracfone cards that show you the minutes you want and look for the part where you scratch off the pin! Otherwise, it's worthless!!!!nUpdate: My credit card co. credited my money back to me I'm happy to say, but seriously don't buy Tracfone cards here until they officially know what they're doing. Go to CVS--they have the cards and they do work! They say right on the card what the minutes are and the Pin is there to scratch off!! No issues whatsoever!!!!!

I would be fine with the store if they dismissed the constantly harassing panhandlers.

With this location being enroute to my internship site I dropped in for coffee which I personally believe 7-Eleven has the most underrated and unnoticed coffee. When I say underrated I'm referring to its taste and price.nnAs an avid 7-Eleven visitor I have an eye for certain things that I expect to see upon my visits. However, some locations do get a pass for the absence of those items because of where it is located at, but for some it is not acceptable to not have food or have mediocre food items featured in its warmer or cooler. If it is located in an area where many people come-and-go because of businesses and public transportation I expect to see fresh food stocked.nnDuring my initial visit, I about lost my mind because of the absence of breakfast sandwiches, let alone any food in their warmers other than the typical hotdogs and taquitos. I held back on reviewing because maybe it was just the day, time of day, or employee on shift. Who knows but I ended up returning the next day to see the presence of food in its warmer, but still mediocre. Everything else stocked in its freezers, and on the shelves mirror other 7-Eleven locations.nnI have no complaints about the customer service I received at this location. Typically I tend to speak highly about their products upon entering my 7-Eleven rewards information at the register which provokes a friendly conversation between the clerk.nnAs for parking, it mirrors other locations that at least have parking throughout Chicago and Chicagoland because a majority of locations in Chicago have just street parking, but this is one of the few that has parking.nnIn the meantime most of my visits will mirror this initial visit unless I crave certain items featured in the warmer. Those are typically the items I purchased during many of my 7-Eleven visits, but even if I visit for something other than its warmer items I tend to look for those items to gauge if the location is mediocre or not. In this case, I consider this location average in comparison to others. I give it at 3 1/2 star rating, but certainly not a 4! That is based off of my experience.nn*I love that 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and Jewel-Osco locations have Redbox access.nnThomas G
