I went to these guys a couple months ago to get my bumper fixed after it was damaged in a hit and run. This was thankfully the first time I’ve needed body work on my car and they made it a great experience. They were extremely friendly and professional and did fantastic work. They communicated directly with my insurance company, which made it a very easy process! I would definitely go back here for any car needs in the future.
Twice I been there and both times they were closed during their work hours + nobody picked the phone when I called. I just weird place.
Great service and knowledgeable mechanics. I moved here from Greensboro, NC and arrived to find out my rear bumper was partially hanging from snagging a curb at a gas station. The mechanic looked at it, showed me what happened and fixed it in less than 10 min. They could have easily tricked me into buying a new bumper or something being as clueless as I am about cars but they were very honest trustworthy people. I would give them more stars if I could!
If I could give them 6 stars I would.nPeter was very courteous and professional through the whole process. I'm very picky about my new car and Peter completely put me at ease about the whole repair. I'm so excited about how great my car looks.nThey far surpassed my expectations.nAnd that is no easy feat.nI highly recommend Perfection Auto!
