I called them up and spoke to Stan. He was very knowledgable over the phone when I talked about the issue. I brought it in right before they closed and he texted less than an hour later with an estimate of what he saw. Throughout the whole repair the updated me through text and gave advice and quotes on other issued he had noticed. In the end, his service was fast and professional and I am very happy I chose this place.

I have been taking my Mercedes to Stan since I bought it used in 2016. No matter the year of your Mercedes, if you are taking it to the dealer for service, you are doing yourself a disservice. Stan takes the time to thoughtfully review your cars condition and takes care of it as if it was his own. You will never feel like you are one of a hundred people being rushed through a dealership service shop every day. Stan takes the time to carefully and methodically go over your vehicles condition and your repair options. On top of that you will realize substantial savings over bringing your Mercedes to a dealer.nnRecent email I sent to Stan after picking up my car from him.nnHi Stan. I took it for a drive last night after I picked it up. I know it is not a high end, incredible car, but I cannot believe an 8 year old car with 90K on it runs so good. I recently helped a friend shop for a used car. We looked at dozens of cars that were newer and had a lot less miles than my Mercedes. None of them ran as good as mine. I can only attribute that to the partnership I have with you in keeping the car maintained. Just want you to know it is appreciated. Thank you.

I have a 1988 560 MB 560 SL sports car and a 2009 MB ML 350 SUV and Stan has been taking care of them for many years with excellent experience. Stan knows Mercedes inside out, from classics to the latest models. He is responsive, honest and very smart. After all, he's a Princeton graduate!

CEO Stan has been servicing my ML 430 '99 for over 5 years. It could be much longer. Well, he makes me feel like I drive a brand new truck each time I've had to come in for service. He treats me with high quality and respect and I appreciate that. He is very knowledgeable. Even when I've had to moved out of state for a while he was available by phone - so that was him going out of his way. I'm also big on technology, being able to email him photos, questions, etc. is honestly a bonus with Stan. Lastly, he keeps very good records. If you are wondering what you did on your car 4 years 3 months ago, he can log into his computer and tell you and then forecast what will be coming down the pipeline. And I won't even tell you how much schooling he has had and stays connected to industry so he can be abreast to the latest changes in Mercedes. I'm telling you he deserves 5 Stars across the board trust me! Period! Now that I'm back in New England my truck will be no place else besides his shop and when I buy my new one I will be right back there!!! Refer folks he rocks!
