I have been going to Sullivan Tire & Auto for years. With every visit they have treated me excellent,never had problems with the work that was done. The staff there treated me with respect and Cuirtessy each time. I recently needed service for my truck. I made a very big mistake and went to one of those big dealerships. I won't mention any names let's just say it began with a -Q- I received a estimate of $5,000.00 and $150.00 for a license plate light bulb.nTO make a long story short I brought my truck into Sullivan Tire & Auto and received the same repair for half the price from the dealer. I should have gone to Sullivan in the first place. I am very happy with the service I received. Don't take my word for it give them a try you won't be disappointed. I want to thank everyone at Sullivan Tire & Auto for the work that was preformed on my truck.

** Update. Rich from Sullivan called me and sincerely apologized for what had happened. Like I said before, their customer service is very great.nnUnfortunately I do not recommend this place of service for any sort of work. The customer service of this facility was very awesome and I want to make sure I emphasize this. That is not the reason for my complaint, my reasoning is that I went in after I hit a large rock on the Tobin bridge, the staff fit me in right away, which was amazing because I needed a new tire. What I was not made aware of was that not only did I need a new tire, but I needed a new wheel. My wheel was bent, Sullivan tire mechanics put a NEW tire, on a BENT wheel and di not inform me that they moved the new tire with the bent wheel to the rear end of my car. When I left and drove to work the next day, my car was vibrating on the highway and it was unsafe for me to go over 45mph; in a snowstorm mind you. The mechanics should have done the due diligence of letting me know that I needed to get a new wheel before I stepped into the car to drive in unsafe conditions. I do not recommend this place of service at all.

I’ve Been a Sullivan Tire customer for about 20 years, and all exclusively thanks to Richi Lobo, who is a great manager and a great man! All services were very timely, accurate, and highly professional. They were fast and efficient. They could have scammed me for extra money, but they insisted on cheaper alternatives. They also saved me from having to make a second trip by being thorough the first time. Will come here next time too.

Was leaving for vacation and while packing car noticed a very damaged tire. Called Sullivan Tire in a bit of a panic at 5:00pm. They made sure they had the tire I needed and told me to come right in. I was back home within an hour. Such great customer service. Thank you!!!
