I’ve been a customer at Quincy Credit Union for many many years. They never disappoint. Wouldn’t bank any place else.
After waiting on the phone for almost an hour (48 minutes and 53 seconds... Not keeping track) I was told by the operator, Latoya, the banks system is down. Why couldn't they have that noted in a pre recorded message?nnALSO, WHY ARE WE FORCED, TO heat the pre-recorded message. People should be allowed to by-pass the droning and boring message, not have to hear it if we want to move on.nnHERE IS A GREAT IDEA...nHOW ABOUT LIVE PROPLE INSTEAD OF RECORDED MESSAGES. VERY IMPERSONAL
One of the women working at this location had the nastiest attitude. We just wanted to come in to ask a question and once she saw us, gave us the rudest comments and told one of us had to wait outside IN THE POURING RAIN. How RUDE.nnThen a caucasian couple comes in right afterwards and were not asked to wait outside. Of course they didn’t...
Janine is by far the best to work with. She is so polite, efficient and always a pleasure. She is very helpful and responsive. I have continued to grow my relationship with QCU because of her.
