I come here every morning to workout and sometimes evenings, it can get a bit crazy. Anyway i felt the need to put it out there that a specific worker by the name of Dino i believe always welcomes me and i have had some insightful conversations with him even. I really hope these workers are treated with respect because they deserve it. Others have helped but i just felt the need to point the one that stands out to me and makes my day and workout experience just that much better.

I went to sign up at this gym and the GM named Luke was not clear and didn’t give me much info on the price. Telling me from the jump it’s 49.99 to sign up. Didn’t show me no prices to choose from. Next day I came in and talked to another employee named Dino; he was way more clear and showed me the prices I can choose from. Ended up signing up for $32. Make sure you ask for the prices and what option best fits you.

I proposed to girl after she finish running on the treadmill. she say no! Also, how come when people ask girl to be their wife it's 'cute' and she's his 'girlfriend' but I do it and they call me creep and I get put on trial??? Staff should make sure the machines and treadmills are fully functioning with their respective pins in them. Its bad enough every other machine is shut down/out of service. This problem has been getting increasingly worse. And how about installing a touchless water fountain rather than completely shutting it off?nnFurther, the staff should focus less time and energy making sure each and every member has their face diaper on perfectly. If the face diapers work, then those wearing them perfectly shouldn't have an issue. Focus more on making sure the weights are put away in their proper spot, greeting members with a smile and making sure everything is clean and functioning properly. Also, the music played at this location has been ever increasingly in Spanish. Let people listen to their choice of music on their own time, but music in a suburban Chicago gym shouldn't be in a foreign language so as to maintain professionalism and not alienate clients.nnThat said, the place is still clean enough for the most part (for an XSport) and I have been coming to this location for a long time. I would caution those that make the decisions to not let things deteriorate over time like it has over the years at the Brickyard location.

Lots of the machines not working, rubbers are disconnected, machines are missing bolts/pins. Nobody is fixing that for over a month. Gym is overcrowded, there are lines for every working machine. If you want to go to this gym be prepared for a lot of waiting.
