Be aware they will charge you a whole month when you cancel your membership. I spoke to Christian who was unhelpful and apparently they can’t do nothing about it even when it’s been over a month that I don’t go there. Very poor costumer services and overpriced for the classes they offered.nI’ll reconsider getting a membership here or be careful when you want to cancel it.
I love OTF and this one is right by my work so I thought I would check it out. Of course, everyone was locked out of the studio for my first class at 5 am on Thursday morning. I was bummed, thinking they would cancel and I wouldn’t get my workout in but Melissa improvised and kicked our butts outside in the parking lot instead. Splat points were definitely earned. Thank you for going with the flow and making it work! I will definitely be back, even if it’s outside again!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The coaches are the best. They always provide support and directions during workout. The gym is very clean. I highly recommend OFT. This is my fifth week with OFT and I have great results!!!
