Johanson Painting came out this week to power wash and paint the exterior of our home. They started Monday morning and were finished Wednesday afternoon. We are thrilled with the results! The painters were on time, professional, clean and neat, friendly, and fully compliant with covid-19 safety precautions. The office staff and the original estimator worked quickly and efficiently. We wanted to stain the cedar exterior but over the years, it had become a wide range of colors and brightness, some areas being completely bleached out and dry while others irregular dark with age or bad past powerwashing. Johanson found a perfect stain that not only covered everything evenly but also sealed the wood so that it was actually quieter in the house! They were professional and wrapped it up quite quickly, allowing us to add another exterior wall, as long as they were there. The finished look was quite elegant - the house never looked better!! I then contracted them to paint the electrical and gas piping and downspouts to match the stain and repaint all the oxidizing black trim and beams. The also repainted several inside window sills. The finished work is excellent and we are very pleased, and even have gotten compliments from the neighbors on how classy it looks! Thanks, so much!!
Johanson did an excellent job of painting the exterior of our home including all the necessary prepartion work - power-washing, scraping, caulking and priming. Their team of workers was very careful about the plants just coming up in the garden and cleaned up every day leaving everything neat and tidy.nnWe are very happy with the results of the job and give Johanson a 100% positive referral. We'll have them back for other projects in the future.
Rob gave us good suggestions for the color and we are very pleased with the results. The job was finished as promised and our porch looks great now. The overall experience was excellent.
