I had a great overall experience here. Incredible customer service from the studio manager Monika. Swift and professional. The place was always clean and the instructors were amazing too! As a beginner it was a great place to get started with yoga before I moved away from the location!
I’ll start off by saying I tried stopping in at 4pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked(whatever)Then when I noticed a lady by the window and she didn’t seem to care that I was trying to come in. I assumed they had just closed and no big deal. I proceeded to go back to my car and check the hours. I returned because the hours state open till 10pm. What I assume is an instructor comes to the door kinda like what do you need and not in a how can I help you way. The final straw was during our conversation she proceeds to tell me how expensive it is all while not giving me a price even though I wasn’t really interested in prices yet. I was more interested in how classes are scheduled with COVID. In our conversation I informed her that this is not my first time in a yoga studio. If it was! who cares!?Not professional or very welcoming
The instructor for 6am class was so enthusiastic and energetic! I loved it. Studio was clean and has outlined spots that are socially distanced.
