My wife and I have enjoyed training at f45 since they opened earlier this year. Early in the pandemic we attended their virtual courses, which were very engaging and offered a great workout. More recently, we have attended classes in person where we’ve been impressed by their focus on keeping us safe by taking our temp when we walk in the door, making sure everything is wiped down & cleaned regularly, and encouraging social distancing in the gym. The classes are fun but kick my butt by the end! The trainers are super knowledgeable and the other members make it a very welcoming environment. We highly recommend giving this gym a try!

This is the place where you can built the best version of you, to challenge yourself and to have fun. It’s more like a family place, a very friendly, joyful community. Jerry, Megan, Justin and Sahil are very friendly trainers, very receptive, helpful and attentive. I do really enjoy and I’m happy to be part of this community. This place and those people are helping me a lot in keeping my self always positive, fit and healthy and in to achieving my goals. Thank you guys a lot for being you and being always there. Keep the great job up!!!

The best gym ever! People are friendly, all trainers are amazing, true professionals, they will adjust the exercise if needed, and will keep you motivated through the entire class. The place is clean and well equipped! Highly recommended, for everyone who is looking not just for a gym but also a friendly community.

I joined the gym in late August. It is no longer a gym for me. This place turned into being a place to get healthy and fit, my oasis from stress, and an escape from the new normal. The trainers are great, and engaging, the owners open to listen to feedback. We needed a spot like this in EGV!
