Very nice, helpful front desk staff. I don't have a membership, but my kids have done all their swimming lessons there. With covid they have changed to private lessons. We look forward to those as well. As well as our first time with their summer day camps. Super excited our city offers this!
They hooked me up with a two week pass. Staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Facility is super clean and equipment is in great shape. Will be back

RecPlex is an awesome community for children during the morning till 6:00 and they're respectful to the students in after-school care and before-school care and it has a great gym for people to hang out in and work out.
The service desk lady Jen Kim is very rude, very bad customer service. We booked a court to rent and confirmed it was available 9-11a.m. and 12 people came to play but when we came they had none available. What a waste of time. Yeah because week earlier there were no email confirmation nothing we called and got confirmation over the phone. If you guys do confirmation you should let the person know that they would get email to confirm it.
