Great experience with Tanya! I appreciate for her help, smiley face and professionalism. This is a huge store if you compare with the other Burberry stores, so it's easy to find what I was looking for. I'll definitely go back!!

BUYER BEWARE, To all people whom may consider purchasing anything from this store DON'T DO IT. I recently purchased a shirt from this location for $238.00, the shirt was XXXl, whn i got home to try on shirt it fitted more like an XL, My wife returned this item with receipt within 48hrs of purchase only to be told that she can only exchange the item. In the past we've stopped at the Burberry Store, this was our 1st visit to the outlet. If shopping at the Burberry store if an item is brought back within 7 days you can recieve a full refund, this is FACT cause I've done so in the past however Burberry doesn't offer this courtesy. Personally I've always bought shoes from Burberry so i was unaware how small their clothing linefits in regards to size, and due to COVID 19 its not like these stores are letting try the merchandise on. Long story short we were given the cash value of our purchase on a store gift card instead of being refunded. I know now that I'll never be able to fit any Burberry clothing comfortably, and presently theirs nothing on their website i want, so my money is just stuck on a card. I feel money is being held hostage. THIS IS UNFAIR. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE IF WE KNEW WE COULDN'T RETURN IT. $238 IS ALOT OF MONEY TO JUST LOSE BURBERRY IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY THEY JUST HIDE BEHIND POLICY IN WHICH AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE SALE ASSOCIATE WHO HEPLED IS AND PROCESSED THE PURCHACE DIDN'T INFORM US OF THE OUTLET POLICY IN REGARDS TO RETURNS. BUYER BEWARE IN OTHER WORDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THE OUTLET SO BE REALLY CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY SOMETHING FROM HERE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHATS RIGHT OR THE CUSTOMER.nnCURTIS

I called to ask if they had any card case or money clip wallets to get my boyfriend for Christmas and the women on the phone was very rude, acted like my question annoyed her. Talk about holiday spirit and making me not want to shop at the Burberry outlet, it’s one of our favorite stores and now I’m just turned off. Tone of voice and customer service attitude can get you very far but that women certainly didn’t have a good attitude.
