I went in 7/26/2020 I wasn't greeted no one asked me how could they help me, if there was something I was looking for, if I wanted to be sized nothing They acted as if I wasn't in the store.. And I was ready to send money. I buy online all the time.I don't know what happened to the old stuff they greeted and spoke and were very helpful and friendly. They spoke to my friend who wasn't shopping but totally ignored me as if I was invisible. Not sure if I'll be going back to Soma outlet in Wrentham anytime soon.. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
Soma is wonderful, full.of helpful caring woman making sure your girls are well cradled. They will adjust it for you and everything. Perfect it's too bad they restructured the vanishing back as now I'm stuck between 2 sizes.
