I have been using Sullivan tire since 2014, never had a bad experience until this place. just moved to the area and scheduled my first oil change/ tire rotation at this branch. Dropped my car off at 8 am, when I scheduled they told me the courtesy van would be available, but had to pay for an Uber back home. At 330 in the afternoon I called, and they hadn’t even looked at my car. Since they close at 6, I got dropped off at 5:45, the person behind the desk told me they’d be closing soon, and I answered I was just picking up my car. They finished up at exactly 6, then tried to charge me $92 for an oil change and “multi point inspection”... After some back and forth they took the extra money off, and charged me for my oil change, then recommended a bunch of other work be done. My car is still under warranty, so I brought it to the dealer, and exactly none of the things they told me needed to be fixed were actually issues. Sullivan tire, please speak with management at this location, they’re giving the brand a bad name and reputation. Scummy behavior.

Horrible Customer Service! Was supposed to check on tires for my boyfriend & was supposed to call back...never did! My boyfriend called twice the next day & still no follow up! Seriously? I guess they don’t need the business! $500 was spent elsewhere for 2 tires!! I’m from “North” and have lived here for over 30 years...I will never recommend this company!

I recently visited Sullivan Tire in No. Attleboro. Mike and Ben were professional and quick to respond. I had a unique situation and they were super helpful! Couldn’t ask for more! I will be exclusively buying my tires there from now on. Thanks guys!

I like this place very much because they never try to up sell. The people up at the service desk are very nice. The work is top notch.
