DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR WORK. If I could give zero stars I would!! They cannot be trusted enough to fix anything correctly. I brought my vehicle in because a tire had a bad bubble on it. The lady at the front desk is apparently a “tire expert” but couldn’t even have the correct tire fixed. I told her 3 times that it was the front drivers side tire when she went out to look at it (she explained, “I got it”) so after waiting an hour to get it replaced, I assumed it was done correctly. I noticed later on that they literally put the new tire on the back instead of the front....so not only did they put me in danger leaving there with my tire like (that could or blown out or caused a serious accident) that but the technician is ALSO supposed to check every tire. The bubble was clear as day. Worst service I’ve ever had, will not be returning.nnYou should probably find a real “tire expert” that actually knows what they’re doing! I took my legacy in for a scheduled oil change. I was told they didn't have my type of oil filter. They could not order it until Monday (it was Saturday) did I want to reschedule. I said would reschedule it sometime during the week. I rescheduled for the following Sunday. I took the car back in and reminded the lady at the desk that I was in last weekend.she asked me if I called Monday to remind her to order they filter. I said no she said she can't remember everything and she probably didn't. She checked the back and no they didn't have it. Are you kidding me...she made it seem it was my fault she can't do her job. I will never go back. I have been to them for years never had a problem always had good customer service. 2 strikes you are out!!!

Very bad experience when I visited for Oil change after speaking with customer service. Do not visit this store. Lady representative in this store was VERY MUCH RUDE and she behaves as very weird like very impatient expectations in her face and not ready to answer what we are asking and when tried to ask again she tried to show her impatient behavior and I am completely not satisfied with her attitude asked why are you answering in such an impatient way and asked as a customer I am trying to check all the possible option to go good with my vehicle and please try to answer in a good then she told that she will not perform the service to the vehicle and she threatened us to move away from that place. Stay out of these kind of sick person to have a Better day. I wish I knew her name to specify her name in this review. Finally One good thing I see in all the reviews which clearly shows that the same lady is creating problems to everyone and I feel my questions are absolutely right. Please stay away from this place.
