While traveling from NY to the Cape, our car started making very loud “helicopter” noises and John helped us. He brought our car in right away and immediately noticed a loose lug nut. Not only did John tighten the lug nut but he put the car up on the lift to check for anything else. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism during this time as it could have ruined our trip. I’d also like to say that 4 other places turned us away without even looking at the issue. We need more honest people in the world like John!
Took my son's car here for a CAT converter issue. Dave was great - he knew what the issue was and fixed it. I'll be back.
