Jim is really friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We just picked up our RV and it looks great. Time will tell, but it sure looks like the roof armor is going to serve us well for many years to come! I'll update my review as time passes and mother nature puts it to the test.
What a great shop! Jim & his team do incredible work on RV roofs. Their warrenty is by far the best. Your *new* roof is registered to your trailer, so that if you sell, you're also selling the Lifetime Warrenty. Being a bit skeptical about getting on the roof every year for maintenance, this was a hands-down, no questions asked plan for us. Although it may seem a bit pricey, we feel as though the product, quality craftsmanship, warrenty and professional team will repay us in no time. I had my roof done here last February (2019). One year later, everything still looks great. They also replaced a couple of rotted plywood roof panels, due to poor workmanship right from the Damon factory. (I purchased the RV brand new in 2010, and it was leaking right from the factory, but I never knew until it got worse.nAll in all, NE RV Roof did a great job, the guys were very nice and easy to deal with, and I would recommend this solution (and this company) for anyone with an RV who is tired of caulking and praying for no leaks!
