Very dysfunctional. Inept, and unprofessional.nI am writing this as a Door Dash Driver.nI won't ever accept a delivery from this store, nor would I purchase food.nI accepted a delivery for this shop on 5/9/2019. When I arrived at around 11.30 am, it was not busy. 2 customers inside the building. I told the employee at the registers I was here for DD ( turned out to be the manager on duty) told me very curtly, ' I told her it would be about 20 mins when she called in'. 4 items. 2 were salads. Downright rude, talking about other employees....you get the picture.nSo I wait.n10 mins later, grill cook is confused and messing up orders. Another woman comes in and goes to the register ( not the manager ), rings up order wrong, food still not done. OK. The lunch crowd comes in. I watch order after order being completed and handed off to the customer. Mine still not complete. One sandwich completed, and allowed to get cold while rest of order is worked on. I am completely ignored. Delivery is supposed to be 12.15, so 12.00 I ask again. The order is not done. Long story short, I finally get out of there 12.20. Order is late. Food is cold. The DD app shows where we are, so customer who was waiting for her lunch at work, completely understood who dropped the ball. And it wasn't me.nI hope you are reading this madam manager. You are out of your league.nYou think you are inconveniencing/screwing me over. You are incorrect. Yes, you caused me a late delivery. You thought it was clever and acceptable. This person is YOUR customer. YOU are the one that made her and her coworkers irrelevant. They spent 45 bucks at your store. So, it is YOUR reputation, not mine. YOU made their lunch arrive late.nYour stores receive more orders when DD is making your deliveries. Treating DD drivers like garbage, we will avoid you like the plague. Your reputation is already low here...based on customer feedback.nThe franchise owner needs to step in.

Staff was all over the place, waited 15 minsin line they were disoriented with orders , no one knew what was going on. 20 mins for a sub par steak sandwich that had more bread than meat.nDon't go here if your in a rush or want to get what you paid for.
