Great people and a Great place to get started if you are looking for a healthy lifestyle in fitness, also a very clean gym to workout in!
I was timid to go to the gym as I had absolutely no idea how to work out. I asked a random guy working out a question about a machine and he helped me out with a great attitude. I have since talked to some of the employees about various things and they were super helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I love going to the gym now.
Sara did an awesome job and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She was also great at concentrating on my problem areas!
Very quiet and clean. Nice new equipment.
Great facility...clean and updated equipment!!
