I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Kristina and Bertha who work at the Sunflower branch on Water Street. My elderly mother came in the other day with a challenging situation, and they were caring and compassionate, taking the extra time to ensure she was safe and secure with her transaction. It's people like Kristina and Bertha, who take a personal, caring approach to their work, that makes community banking the right experience for my mother and me. Thank you for all you do. -- Clint

Amanda was able to help me with my needs almost immediately. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend to others.

Beware of using Guardian mortgage which is a division of this bank. They will delay, delay, delay when it comes to closing on a home. Our experience with them was awful and I would recommend you stay far away from Guardian Mortgage. The agent we worked with seemed to care very little about fulfilling his duties to his client and stated to our real estate agent that he wasn’t in the business of pleasing people. Due to his negligence, we closed on our home almost a month later than the original date simply because he took his time with the paperwork. If you want a lender that is professional and cares about getting you into your new home as soon as possible, seek a different lender.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at First National 1870. Amanda Olsen was the teller at the branch off of water street. She refused to give me cash back after a deposit transaction. Told me to go to ATM and withdraw the money. After I repeated what she told me she began to laugh. She spoke about other employees that are no longer working at the branch. She was very rude and unprofessional.

Service is always great ! The tellers are always super nice,and friendly...Amanda and Bertha make banking there an enjoyable experience...Highly recomend doing your banking there!
