I was glad to see the sign on the door that said masks required and at least while we were waiting in line to pay for our games that seem to be the case but once we got to our lane I noticed that nobody all up and down seemed to be wearing masks. That was disappointing to say the least but on the other hand the area was large and open and they were only using every other lane. Of course I don't know how good the ventilation was but we were wearing our masks (three adults two kids) And we enjoyed ourselves a lot. It seemed a little pricey at $10 a person per line but it's been at least 20 years since I've been bowling. We had fun, we stayed away from people, And we used hand cleaner! They could have used more hand cleaner stations.

Way overpriced and terrible service. The food was terrible not to mention over $20 for 6 bottles of water that they didn't even give me. Than they don't sanitize balls, seats, or tables. Save yourself money and have a better experience over at king pin.nnReply to owner. Or you could just not way overcharge. For everything and hire decent staff. Than you wouldn't have all the complaints on your reviews. I only with we would have read them first. Not to mention your bogus covid cleaning fees for the nonexistent cleaning I watched as they just threw the balls back on the rack and you don't stay after hours to clean. So that is just a fraudulent charge since you aren't doing the cleaning. I will be leaving complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Part of a group of 12 who went bowling last night. Bowling with shoe rental was $21 per person for 2hrs (9-11). It took 30 minutes to get beer from the bar. The bright ceiling lights were turned on at 10:25 and completely ruined the mood. Staff were cleaning and closing up prior to 11. We felt rushed. When we asked if we could finish the game the guys closing up said it was “time to go”. We only bowled a game and a half. We would have stayed and purchased more beer, but it felt like they did not want our business as they were ready to leave.

The arcade games here don't work they take your money.. when addressed to a staff member they told me they would fix the issue once they realized they couldn't fix the issue they literally walked away and avoided me when I brought it up to another employee they had no answer for me.. long rant short they did not fix the problem or offer a refund it wasn't like it was alot of money or anything however it was sad to see my son so disappointed along with the other kids and I just don't think that's a friendly way to conduct buisness. The lanes are nice the environment was clean and we usually enjoy the food and drinks though.
