I dropped off my teenager today for a nice reward she earned from me. She got started in 5 minutes. She has got 2 manicures in the past from another place and we wanted to try this place. After she got the nails done, she accidentally messed up one nail under the dryer. So she went to ask if that can be fixed. The woman said that she had no time to fix it and that my daughter stop messing it up(as if she messed it up multiple times). Then she fixed it but asked my daughter to not go to the dryer and sit near a fan in a very rude tone. I went to pay and when we got out she cried and this incident kind of scarred her. She was not treated with respect. I would not recommend this place. Especially if you are not a person with a light skin tone.

Terrible customer service and hospitality. Cut my hands all up and offered no resolution or remedy to the situation. Very disappointed. Had they been understanding to my concerns I would be willing to try an alternate tech but they were not sympathetic and combative. Do not recommend.

I had a great experience here. Ni Ni was the one who did my nails and she was very kind and did a great job. I will definitely be going back!

Came here because I needed to try a new nail salon. Sorely disappointed in how sloppy my gel manicure looks. It was clear that they were rushing to get me out of the shop; if they were really pressed for time, it would have been better for them to have turned me away than give me a subpar service. The actual tech who was doing my nail was friendly enough, but she didn't do a great job on the actual manicure. Hopefully the manicure will last decently, but I will not be surprised if I need to get it redone soon.

This place is my favorite new nail salon in the area. Since I Moved to Norwood, I found this gem. They're always friendly, clean and efficient. Their Reflexology massage is awesome and pedicures are thorough. I try to go every 4-6 weeks as I can.
