Yes it’s free, but it treated like the not wanted. Shower heads are corrosive and the gym reeks of sweat from the past. All issues can be remedied. Staff are great. Free Internet.
Great workout with minimal attendance...
Very clean and availability of multiple types of exercise equipment was good.
There's limited aerobics equipment, weights, & machines. They could use some renovations in those areas. Pluses are a full basketball court & locker rooms are decent. Contains a co-ed sauna.
It gets the job done. Ceilings in the weight rooms are too low to do pull ups. Whole gym desperately needs an upgrade. You would think with the money we spend on DOD we could find a contract in there for a new fitness center.
