Loved it, well lit and plenty of parking. Employees greeted me and were very well trained/knew what was going on, when I had an issue. Overly great experience, highly recommend
I called to ask about laundry and once told the availability I pointed out that the info on a specific, very popular trucker app was wrong. I went to ask two other questions (number of showers and number of parking spaces) so I could submit a correction to the app and was told by the guy that answered the phone “I don’t have time to answer your questions”... rude and unprofessional in a call that would have increased their business. Their loss I’m not submitting anything. Let the app to continue to show no laundry, 1 shower and 1 parking space.
Nice place but... Acquire more land for truck parking. Stop for fuel but a waste of time for parking. I think TA is not too far for fuel and parking. Domino's Pizza across the street. There's a small lot there.
Place at first looks very neat yet few things are off first the cashier has severe problem hearing second eventhough the showers are clean and big to be honest yet it's freezing cold no heat at all inside . now I know it's not the clerks fault to get an updated coffee machines that are available in most truck stops but it's your duty to clean up those machines you have in handy . those machines are disgusting !! And the place isn't big enough for lots of trucks
