I arrived at 330 with my dashboard showing a tire problem. They close at 4. I was panicked because I don’t know where else I would have gone plus I had to drive back to Boston from Norwood.nThe gentleman who helped me was very professional and committed to helping me in the short time left until they closed. I was lucky. He found a long screw imbedded in my tire and was able to repair the tire in a few minutes. He was courteous and so nice.nI highly recommend them!!

Honest and reliable. Because of COVID-19 you can't go inside, you have to call them from the parking lot and they come out to you. It works well enough, but the one downside is that you have to find somewhere to wait while they take care of your car.

Work was done well but it would have been nice if Megan didn't leave for lunch and forget to put my keys. Supper nice to be stuck out side in a snowstorm.

This was my second time getting a wheel package from this store and I will definitely go back as John goes far and above my expectations with customer service as compared to other experiences I’ve had with other places. He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service from the company.
