Love that they give the first oil change for free after a sale but they I had to wait 1 hour and 30 min for an oil change. I had to go and ask if my car was ready and they said yes its been ready for an hour. They forgot all about me.

This place is awful. They've screwed me over in multiple ways during my past few visits, and I will never be coming back. I asked them to check my tires for wear, and they charged me for it but didn't do any checks, and the next week one of my tires blew. During that same visit they billed me for over $600 for a routine check, and when I inquired they dropped it back down to almost $200. Don't recommend this place unless you're trying to get screwed over big time.

This was the worst car dealership I ever went to. We went to buy a pre-owned car. But the salesman was least interested in selling the car. We were dealing with  this person called Harshene. Right from the moment we walked in, we could sense the indifference in the attitude (of everyone). We wasted our time in going all the way there. At the end of it all, when we wanted to discuss the price, he bluntly said they don't negotiate.nAnd I am OK with whatever their policy is, but he didn't seem to care one bit. Not even willing to talk further. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!nnWish I could give them 0 stars
