I had an excellent experience at Bid Cars Boston.nI went there not really knowing what I wanted but was welcomed and provided with great customer service by Neil.nnI really liked the chance to shop around the car lot and test drive the cars. It helped me to narrow down what I wanted. It was also super helpful that Neil answered any and all of my random questions about cars lol. Even accommodating the fact that I’m a visual learner and need to see it written down and added up to understand what’s happening. I appreciated that... Thanks Neil! Thanks for considering client safety and sanitizing the workspace in between customers.nnBecause of your excellent customer service and the great atmosphere you provided me with I left a happy customer and will definitely come back again in the future!

We did a lot of research prior to looking at the Transit van at Bid Cars. They have some negative reviews, like everyone, but everything about the transaction, from the first call to the paperwork, met or exceeded our expectations. Chris made the process really easy and we got a great deal. Totally happy with the whole experience. Don't be put off by reviews, if they have the car you are looking for, you'll be glad you gave them a shot.

I went to BidCars to view a Nissan. Derrick was very helpful and helped us test drive and once I made up my mind purchase the car. I am so happy with my purchase two weeks later. They took care of all the paper work that day and I left paying exactly what I wanted to pay. They were able to communicate with the RMV and get me new plates within 2 weeks in this pandemic. Thank you BidCars!

Beautiful cars at great prices. Very helpful salespeople! I would definitely purchase from them again.nnP.S. Paperwork took longer than expected, partially due to COVID and the fact that we lived 3 hours away.

I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Bidcars, Marat was helpful and easy to work with , the whole process was quick and easy with no pressure.nThe cars and trucks are reasonably priced and in great condition. We would buy from them again.
