I love this gym/box!! The people were so inviting. Its big enough to get all the professional coaching and equipment but with the small town atmosphere. I love the class sizes too. They are not so big that you get overlooked, but large enough to have a blast! Highly recommend.
A great place to get into shape and to meet people with similar fitness goals in mind. Mike & Mindy are the owners. They care about their members and are fully invested in helping them succeed. Memberships are affordable and they offer multiple classes throughout the day.
