Cesar and his team are very professional and give THE BEST haircuts and service in town.they are safe and have great protocols for safety. There are plenty of great barbers. I am older and they give great cuts to all ages. It is clean and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. You will not be disappointed.
I've been going to Cesar's for nearly a decade now and I must say the haircuts are fantastic, consistent and very fairly priced. The owner has hired more talented barbers to keep up with the demand too. If there's a wait to see a barber, its for good reason: best haircut in Franklin!
Cesar is hands down the best around. He always makes me feel at home, and is the reason why I still drive 40 min just to see him. I would recommend this place 100 times over to anyone looking for a barber.
I’ve been coming here for five years. Every single time I’ve had a great hair cut and incredible service. It’s great to see them open and working with COVID-19 certifications. If you’re wondering if you should go here, don’t and just go on in they’ll do a wonderful job.
