As a first-time client, it was a comprehensive and very warm experience! Kaylee was my stylist and she took lots of time to get to know what I was looking for and listened to my input throughout the process. The head massage during the shampoo/conditioning part was awesome (worth it just for that)! She answered all of my questions and showed me a few styling techniques. I enjoyed the overall vibe and really appreciated all of the goodies I got when I checked out :)
I needed a new place to get my haircut and someone recommended I check out Maven. I was skeptical at first of how fancy and clean it is compared to my previous barber shops but I was immediately impressed as soon as i got there by the great service, beautiful facilities, and the amazing atmosphere of the salon. Not to mention I received the greatest haircut of my life! Kaylee M. cuts my hair and she is quick, professional, and extremely warm and kind every time I come in. Her fades are impeccable and I haven't been able to get a haircut this nice anywhere else. I will be going back!
Two words that immediately come to mind when someone asks me about my experience going to Maven... Absolutely Amazing. Maven isn’t only a hair salon, they are a family and I genuinely feel I’m part of their family. The best way to describe the ambiance is relaxed, rejuvenating and fun! I leave feeling refreshed and obsessed with my hair! I get my hair done done by Liz (the red babe) and she has truly amazing! I am always wanting to change something up and Liz is always up for the challenge! She is great at describing the process and helping me decide what would be the best option to accomplish my hair goals. She always has some new technique or trick up her sleeve and I always end up loving it. She has transformed my hair and it has never been this long and healthy. Liz isn’t only my hair stylist, she’s become such a great friend and I genuinely love the entire Maven crew! If you are looking for a new salon your search is over!
This was my first time visiting Maven and Kaylee and I will definitely be returning! Kaylee took the time to learn what I wanted for my hair and set realistic expectations about how close we would get to my blonde goal. My hair looks great and healthier than ever! I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!
My first Maven experience was fantastic! Liz (aka Red Babe) was my stylist and she is a magician. She took the time to come up with a plan to achieve the look I wanted with my hair type and showed me how to care for my hair on a go-forward basis so that I continue to have great results. She’s friendly, professional, and super cute and I love her so much. I can’t believe it took me this long to get in her chair. Great experience start to finish.
