Goodies in Walpole - I found a used starter for my car, on their website. Their parts search is easy to use if you know exactly which part you need. It helps to know what other year/model the part would be interchangeable with. My search result let me choose which vehicle it came out of. It was a nice surprise to see pictures of the vehicles that I could choose from. There was a 30 warranty for my starter. I would have picked it myself, but they no longer allow people to pick their own parts. After I ordered my part, it was ready for pick up the following day. The guy inside where I pick up and paid was pleasant and my overall experience was great ud83dudc4d.

Ordere a part for my truck, it was the correct type of part but didn’t fit my truck. Instructions say not to return the part but give a text number that gives you an email address, after the third email including a request for pictures that they say they cannot open (I am not tech savvy) I gave up and did what I should have done in the first place and went to the local auto parts store and got the correct part. My truck is fixed and they are still giving me the run around, the last thing I got was “we are working on your problem and that was two days ago. What ever happened to “Customer Service “
