Mac on the Thursday night is amazing, we showed up just be4 close unknowingly, and he was super friendly and understanding and themade a great burrito. a decade ago the other guy and guy and lady were really nice as well, all staying busy keeping the store clean. Mac told us it was his first night, great hire Pancheros on kimberly!! Either way first night in a long time we had such friendly service. and they don't even work 4 tips!! thanks guys and gal
This is one of the better Mexican foods restaurants in the area. Amount of food and and prices are not bad either. Service was great.
The worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I never post reviews but my situation called for it.nnI placed a mobile order at the West Kimberly Pancheros in Davenport, Iowa and never received it after waiting in the store for 30 minutes and having the workers refuse to serve me.nnI waited at the counter for 15 minutes. I saw they were busy so I waited patiently. The worker finally asked me what my name was for the order, told me he didn’t find my order, and didn’t ask me what it was to make it and just walked away while I stood there waiting.nnI saw the employees throwing a bunch of receipts on the ground. When I originally asked him if he had the order for Christine, he picked up one of the receipts and crumpled it to the ground. My guess is it was mine... not sure why else he would crumple one receipt in particular after hearing what my name was for the order.nnI left even though I paid for my food ahead of time through the app and still didn’t receive it.nnThe workers refused to serve me, crumpled up my order receipt, and walked away.nnWaiting for corporate to reply to my email so I can get a refund.
Today, Feb., 16, 2021, I had a very delicious burrito. Bob did the job well, but the burrito artist was rather new so my burrito was not rolled up quite securely enough. Therefore, I did need the napkin before I finished eating. Keep up the good work.
Good food, freandly service. Just make sure you check your order before you leave... I walked out with only half a quesadilla one day, the next day I walked out without 4 of the sauces I ordered. My name is on this review, so I don't expect to be able to order anything at this location again.
