They were out of chicken at 5pm. Would live to try it!
I've been here several times and each time has been great! The food is always hot and fresh. The employees are always friendly, helpful and polite. The food is amazing. I love the popcorn shrimp and the mashed potatoes and gravy.nWill be back again and again!
Had the nerve to give us an old Cajun flounder sandwich. Went back to get a fresh one and was told that was fresh. So how was the clearly fresh sandwich we got the second time, as fresh as the first one? Will never eat there again
Awful service its almost like the employees hate their jobud83eudd14 well that doesn't mean you get to treat your customers poorly you chose to work here. Every time we go there's something different going on either they're out of chicken completely or expect you to wait 30+ minutes for them to make more you would think they would have that under control but nope. Just went through to get a family meal spent $30 they forgot all of the sides no biscuits or anything only chicken. I wont be going back, especially considering how rude they are over the phone- no apologies for anything and treat you like its your fault.
Anytime I have ever come to eat at this location my order has been wrong. The customer service is terrible and the food is not made fresh. I have been told twice that they are out of chicken or the fryer is down. I watched a service member eat while working. The cleanliness and food service is disgraceful. They just need to revamp the entire crew of workers or close all together. Ordering pickup is no better actually worse. Half my order was substituted without my consent to do so. Then I waited over a half an hour for apple pies. Since I already paid it wasn’t like I could just get my money back all together or else I would have. One of the worst fast food places open in this area. I really didn’t even want to put the one star.
