Great cheese curds highlighted our order. Otherwise, waited over 10 minutes to get two luke warm cheeseburger combos. At $8 plus a combo, much better options available locally.
Food was great did a good job but one thing i could recommend is to pay the employees more they worked fast and hard
I wanted to give this DQ a chance again so I went back this past weekend. It makes me sad to say this but my experience was even worse then the last time. It took us 40 minutes to get our food, and the food was cold. I really wanted to go back and hope they fixed up some thing but that was not the case. I hope down the line they will fix some things and make it a better experience for everyone. Again I'm sorry for the rant, but this is not okay at all. I want to spend my money on food that is atleast warm not something that been sitting.
Within the last year or so the quality of this Dairy Queen has gone down hill fast. The drive thru take about 20-40 minutes on average to get your food causing multiple cars to just drive off instead of continuing the wait. The food is always cold and you can tell it’s been sitting under a warmer for half the wait. Even when there is only 2-3 cars in the drive thru, the wait is terrible. I’d give 0 stars if it was possible.. all other Dairy Queen’s seem much, much better than this one.
Soggy fries, non-plain cheeseburger like I asked, hardly any fudge on my sundae, and when I went back in with the cheeseburger, the correct one had ice cold cheese. Very disappointing
