I previously attended Kosama when they first opened and had a great experience here. I've recently started to attend again and it's just as great as before!nnThe staff are all extremely friendly & helpful. The class sizes tend to vary depending on when you attend. And the classes themselves range in type/activities greatly so it's not so monotonous as other fitness programs.nnThey do offer a week trial if you're looking to try things out, and I'd highly recommend doing so if you're thinking about. Great place to get yourself into shape!
Pricey but they are compassionate about your goals.
