Every time I’ve ever gone in there, the staff is always too busy chatting around the register to even greet or acknowledge people coming in. The one time I actually bought something there, the cashier didn’t even say anything to me until I had to pay, they just kept chatting with their coworkers about personal stuff. I work within the same mall and pass by at least once a day and it’s always the same scene. The store is always messy and unorganized and they leave their shipment boxes all over the floor, where people could easily trip over. I don’t understand how so many companies are leaving the mall, but this store still remains.
Extremely rude manager and plus size clothing section has become much smaller
Good place to get clothes for the grandkids.

Nice styles in plus size, not enough sizes in store, plus size section is better online, they need to expand the plus size section, some of their jeans are over priced, and cheap quality! But overall I love they always have sales every week!
