No bags available for a normal size incense just the big bags and small bags.. I was ready to checkout for 5 minutes with 2 employees working.. one employee was talking to another customer not checking them out just talking.. and the other was walking around the store for about a minute while I was waiting and then answered a phone call both employees not even acknowledging I'm in the store ready to checkout so I walked out.. I'll give another chance but that shouldn't happen
I was in a hurry and I called this place to make a quick order and they helped me find what I need it over the phone thanks to Riley I was able to come in and find what I needed and Elizabeth gave such great service

Long-haired boy is super great! Very helpful and friendly. Manager Ariel has no place being a manager. Broke something and need to replace it but don't want to deal with that girl.
