All around great experience!!! Jimmie, our salesman, was AMAZING but all the salesman were great when we were there. We had our 5 yr old daughter with us and they made her feel very welcomed, the same as they did with us. Another family was also in buying a vehicle and had small children and the staff were super accommodating. Buying a car is stressful enough but add kids to the mix and it can be torture. Not with these guys. They were awesome. Everything moved quickly. Not pushy at all. Explained things in detail. Really great attitude and experience from all involved. Catered to our needs and agenda and not their own. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth experience in purchasing a vehicle and/or trading.
All I have to say is, Nick Castillo. Thanks to him I had a great car buying experience. Before he even showed me a car, he sat down with me and asked what my needs are and he was VERY respectful of my budget. We found a car I wanted to look at, but it was at another dealership. He brought it in for me within 24 hours. I got a car I liked, at a price I was comfortable with, without pressure. He listened to me and ultimately I bought from him. Alex was my sales guy at the Davenport, Iowa location and he was great! He answered all my questions and if he couldn't he made sure someone could. He made the buying a car process so easy and got me just what I needed and wanted. I had a lower down payment and they worked with me to get my monthly payment where I wanted to be! This was the best car buying experience I'v ever had my sales guy Alex made it possible! Thank you so much!! Loving the new car!
Just want to say bought a Nissan Rogue from here the service was easy and painless. But most importantly Alex Stoddard was amazing he was nice and easy going, very professional, got me and mynWife exactly what we wanted. If you ever need and a vehicle you need to come here and you must go to Alex he Will get you what you want.
