I was in town for work but needed a little bit of maintenance done on my vehicle. Went to this location and was overly pleased by the outstanding customer service! Bill and Desi took great care of me and answered every question I had with no pressure to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who need service. Honest and great people! If I’m ever back in town and need another service, no hesitation that I would revisit here.nnThanks to all who dealt with my vehicle and myself.

Raj was excellent, thorough, and continues to follow-up. I was delighted with my purchase of the 2017 RX350 at Smart Lexus. I have purchased three RX350’s, and i could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the car. I will now be looking into purchasing my fourth, with Raj’s assistance.

I would highly recommend any Lujack dealerships. The customer service is always top notch and it’s nice to be able to have one sales person be able to compare multiple brands and test drive them without having to play the “can I have your card” game. Also on their new vehicles they let the salesperson ask you if you want the front plate bracket installed or not. That right there is something every dealership should do. After all it is your vehicle, you shouldn’t have to deal with unwanted holes in your brand new vehicle. Will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here.

I, as a 25 year-old, drove the 2004 Lexus car I learned how to drive in until it stopped working earlier this month. I was very nervous to get a new car because I loved my old car so much and know little about purchasing cars. The car held so many memories from high school and college, it took me to so many states and concerts, I was honestly very sad to see it go. But I worked with Will Hollis, and he made the process of trading in my old Lexus in for a Toyota a breeze. He and the finance manager at the Toyota dealership explained every thing to me in detail, so I understood what I was signing, what my options were, and handled every question I asked with the patience of a saint. They worked with me to get the best financing deals and helped me set up a monthly finance plan. For as long as I live in Iowa, I will never go anywhere else for my automotive dealings. Smart Lexus of the Quad Cities is the best place to go. They really care about you, your car, and your safety.

Leased a 2021 Honda CR-V. Very pleased with the experience. I advised what I needed for payments etc. and they made that happen. Lucky is a very professional salesman. Tim the GM also made sure we were taken care of.
