Had a wonderful experience at Smart Hyundai! Jay reached out after an online inquiry with a welcome email confirming our appointment time. Once arriving at the dealership Jay helped us make sure all the boys fit into our new vehicle and that it had the features I was looking for. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The entire process from test driving (3 vehicles) to walking out the door in my new car took under 3 hours. We had shopped around earlier in the day and decided to try here. Jay was great and the rest of the guys were too since they stayed late to get us taken care of. We got a different car than we were looking for at the price of the other.
