The employees weren't wearing mask! I have went three separate times asking for Matcha Green tea with bubbles! The employee said it was ordered! I went every week still told me it's been ordered.nIt now is three weeks later and still no Matcha Green Tea!!
Will not return.. refused to give me the mall employee discount when they know I work in mall and wearing my work uniform. Ordered a vanilla chi and tried charging my $7.00 for it. Worse customer service ever.
The tiny store was crowded and way too full of people. We had to stand outside of the store to feel comfortable enough to be in line. There was a red haired man behind the counter touching everything and making drinks who wasn’t even wearing a mask. Didn’t end up getting anything once we saw that there were employees not wearing masks.
Nice shop located in the mall. Had a Hot Thai Tea which was very tasty. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The prices are reasonable as well. Will visit again.
Employees never wear masks even in the thick of the pandemic and the place is absolutely filthy. We will try another place for boba. We were served by the unmasked redhead and recently by an unmasked stone faced unwelcoming girl. We will not return.
