The concept of this bank is good, too bad they don’t have good employees to match. Good luck getting any service here, we waited six months and did everything they asked and now we’ve just missed getting the house we had hoped to get because all last week they didn’t want to pick up their phones or email us back and even today they still couldn’t set anything up. This bank is purely a waste of your time.

Best place I’ve ever banked with.I actually profit from banking with green state credit union, formerly university of Iowa community credit union. They approved me for a loan for a motorcycle at the lowest interest rate I had ever been offered and I decide to open an account here, one of the best financial decisions I ever made. I banked with chase, formerly bank one for 19 years they never did anything for me.

Your bright sign is dangerous to drivers.nnI'm not sure if it's intentional to get people's attention or if it's a glitch/malfunction when switching between displays but the bright lights on your sign with the clock flashes in a very fast strobing full white lights and is not only a very big distraction but could cause seizures to those who are prone.nnIf there is an accident at that intersection you may get sued. The sign might be illegal and even if it isn't, it should be fixed.nnIf you fix your sign, I will give your business a 5 star rating.

Went in looking to compare business account options vs my current Wells Fargo Bank and was repeatedly told I need at least $5 to open an account... As if I didn't have 5 freaking dollars (I have just under $30,000 in my current bank account). Then as the lady (nothing against her personally) was running my info, she prints up a form that says I have a 495 credit score! I haven't had the best credit since I got out of the Navy in 2013 to start my business but I have never in my life been denied a simple checking account from a bank and never has my score ever in my life been sub 500. I showed her my credit karma report of 575 (which yes I understand isn't fico but it's never 100 points different!) and even she said it was very strange because the scores they pull are usually HIGHER than credit karma. I went from weighing options between banks to flat out being denied by this credit union. I'm not going to lie, Im a young black male that doesn't look like I own 2 bona-fide brick and mortar businesses with 4 employees and over $800,000 in revenue for 2019 but Jesus F'in Christ, right from the gate I was talked to and looked at as if I couldn't afford to put $5 to open a stupid checking account smh... I heard good things about GreenState but from my own experience, stay away from this credit union completely, especially if your a young minority. I honestly don't think I've felt this disrespected in a very long time.
