I don't know what's worse McDonald's ice cream machine or their card machine. Yeah, it's my fault that I misplaced my card again, but this is the second time I've come to the location in a year or time and their card machine is down the last time it took like five days for me to get in the card.
Lobby lines are usually long but move fairly quick. The tellers are always so helpful and friendly! Been banking with IHMVCU for over 25 years!!!
The problem of the wait time on the drive thru has not improved contrary to their many responses that it will. Five lanes open, not ONE person being helped for five minutes.
There's no loan officer or servicer in all offices . Waiting over 10 minutes. Still nobody present. Other than that is a good bank institution.
Drive through wait time is always ridiculous ! Expect to wait 10 or min each time . Then they charge their members to get a money order more then any local store does . 2.00 when hyvee sells them for 89 cents .
