Worked us in as promised, and took the time to respond even in the middle of busy tax season. She found much more than I did: I thought I could do my own taxes... but evidently not!nSignificantly better experience than HR Block: no bait-and-switch price raises here.nMaybe we’ll get a simpler tax code some day, but in the meantime I’ve been converted. It is better to have someone on my side who knows what they're doing, than to spend multiple stressful evenings trying to figure it out myself.
